Most non-perishable items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Perishable items, especially raw or processed foods, require special consideration.
Foods (Raw/Processed):
Due to their perishable nature, Proteins and other raw or processed foods can only be returned immediately upon delivery if there is an issue such as wrong order, spoilage, or damage. Claims must be made as soon as possible after receipt.
